StoreB supports online payment functionality through integrated third-party payment service providers, subject to Merchant eligibility and provider approval. The specific payment methods available depend on the payment provider connected and the Merchant's configuration.
1. Supported payment methods
Depending on the connected payment provider and Merchant setup, potential payment methods may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and other methods supported by the selected provider. Cash on Delivery may be available where the Merchant enables it.
2. Payment processing
Online payments are processed by the applicable payment gateway provider. Processing is subject to the provider's terms, Merchant verification/KYC requirements, settlement rules, fees and compliance requirements. StoreB facilitates the integration but does not itself process card or UPI credentials.
3. What StoreB does not store
StoreB does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or other sensitive payment credentials. Such data, where required, is handled directly by the payment provider on its secure infrastructure.
4. Payment status
An order is treated as paid only after the payment gateway confirms payment. We use server-side verification (including webhook confirmation where supported) rather than relying only on a success message in the browser.
5. Refunds
Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method and are subject to the payment gateway's and the Customer's bank's timelines. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Provider approval
A particular payment gateway is active only once it is actually connected and approved. StoreB does not claim any payment provider is active or approved until it is configured. We do not claim partnership or certification with any specific payment provider unless formally established.
7. Taxes and charges
Prices and any applicable taxes, shipping charges or fees are shown at checkout before payment. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged as per Indian law.
